I've been busy filming in Tennessee, a state filled with wrongfully-convicted people.
Filming the backstories for interviews previously conducted is taking longer than I expected.
I did take some time for myself over the weekend and managed to break my primary lens.
I went to see Music Row in Nashville, and I had to make a sudden stop, and the camera fell from the passenger seat to the floorboard. It had to have hit funny, and it no longer focuses properly. A replacement is coming Thursday, and this one heads to Canon for repair.
Despite the frustration with the lens, I did enjoy seeing the various record company locations and studios. I have been to Nashville many times, but Musc Row was something I had never seen.
There was excitement at the Bledsoe County Correctional Complex when I visited there. I was denied the ability to film interviews with two inmates. In fact, the State of Tennessee has banned me from filming at any state prison. It seems they don't like the idea that they might be out of jobs if we get the truth out about our corrupt legal system. If we let all the inmates out who are wrongfully convicted or who were found guilty of victimless crimes, I believe something like 90% of the people in prison would be released. Trillions of dollars would be saved in prison costs alone. And if we changed the laws about victimless crimes, tens of trillions would be saved in legal expense.
We need to ask our fellow Americans if they would prefer to have social security benefits assured and have lower taxes now. If so, they need to jump on the Lawless America legal reform bandwagon.
I have visited several crime scenes on this trip, with many more to come. Twenty years ago, Walter Smothers murdered a 19-year-old boy in cold blood in the back of a pickup truck just down at the end of the road in this photo. The boy had been accidentally shot. When he cried out in pain, Walter Smothers put a shotgun under his chin and "blew his brains out." He then mutilated the body.
Walter avoided the death penalty by claiming the two people in the cab of the pickup truck were involved. They weren't. But the truth didn't matter. Based upon Tennessee's felony murder rule, Theresa Deion Smith and Stacy Ramsey were guilty of first degree murder simply because they were there. They've been in prison for 20 years, and they will be there for the rest of their lives unless someone looks at the evidence and the law enforcement, attorney, and judicial wrongdoing.
I certainly stirred things up at the Carroll County Courthouse in Huntingdon Tennessee.
Gee, it looks so pretty in the photograph. It's a shame that what happens inside isn't pretty. When I exited the mens room, I heard people all over the courthouse talking about the Lawless America Jeep outside. I was quite the attention-getter all over this small town.
This is the courthouse where Stacy Ramsey and Theresa Deion Harris were found guilty of first degree murder and sentenced to life without the possibility of parole because they were riding in the cab of a pickup. Felony Murder Rule -- if you are with someone who commits a murder, you are guilty of murder. One of our legislative proposals is to eliminate this outrageous law.
It's Day 326 for Lawless America...The Movie. I am now starting to worry about having the film edited in time for submission to Sundance. This is much more than a one-man job, so all I can do is do the best job I can. We do not have funding. Money would cure everything, but we simply don't have it. I will set aside a day in the next week to contact agents, film companies, TV networks, and celebrities. I could edit the film, but I am a novice at editing. We need a great film editor.
Atlanta Federal Court Corruption
The crooks in the federal court system in Atlanta continue to rape me. I just received word of an order from the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals dismissing my appeals filed 17 months ago claiming I did not provide all of the information needed. The order denied me the right to file a motion for reconsideration or refile the appeals. So, they sat on everything and blocked my totally valid appeals with no valid justification. This was a lot easier for them than issuing ridiculous orders denying totally valid appeals.
The federal judges in Georgia are the scum of the earth -- an absolute criminal racketeering enterprise.
Then I just learned that federal judge William S. Duffey has filed a judgment against me for $27,000 as well as liens on my wife's property.
This is a contempt of court sanction of $4.5 million in fines about which I was not notified, was thus denied any and all due process rights, and it is a sanction that requires criminal due process, including a jury trial.
I received no rights whatsoever.
I will fight this sick bastard's illegal actions every way I can.
He is the most responsible for my divorce as he absolutely terrorized my soon-to-be ex-wife.
The only way I will ever see any justice is if I can reach a grand jury again.
As of today, I plan to do photography only in Memphis, and then it's on to Jackson and Biloxi Mississippi, New Orleans and Baton Rouge Louisiana, and then Texas. I will have a replacement lens in Jackson Mississippi on Thursday. Lynda Pearson Barnett will be joining me at a death scene in Pearl Mississippi. Her story is one that was rated by Facebook Friends as perhaps the top story that I have filmed.
I am keeping my schedule flexible, so I don’t have to push myself so hard. I will be in Jackson Mississippi on May 9 and 10, Biloxi Mississippi on May 11, New Orleans on May 12 and 13, Baton Rouge on May 14.
I will try to schedule myself to visit any town where there is a good story or location that is important to a good story. I need names and addresses as I must enter all of this data in a trip routing software, and then that will be loaded into one of the GPS units.
My mouth seems to have healed. I will continue the two medications until they are gone.
When I left Georgia two weeks ago, I ceased to be a resident. I am relocating to Texas. Central North Texas to be precise. The location is as central as possible to enable me to head in any direction with the least amount of travel to film stories and try to help folks.
I will not be disclosing my exact location. I will have a private postal service address. As soon as that is finalized, I will publish it. Facebook says Dallas, Texas, but that is not where I will be.
I will be in Texas in a few days. I will take a day or two to make some necessary arrangements by day, while filming at night.
I lived most of my life in Texas -- elementary school and junior high in Texarkana; high school and college in Lubbock; then my wife and I lived in Dallas for 18 years of our marriage. I have always considered myself to be a Texan.
Some have speculated that my relocation announcement is a ruse to protect my family. It's not; it's real. Part of the motivating factor is protection for my family as they have been terrorized by threats that we have received. They will feel safer if I am not around. Central North Texas is also an ideal location from which to travel to film stories and help people.
My wife and I are separated, and as I understand it, the divorce should be final soon.
The Springhill Suites on Airport Center Drive in Nashville is the nicest hotel for the money that I have ever stayed in.
Don't ever eat at Chili's late at night. I have loved Chili's for 40 years, but everything was bad last night at 10 pm'ish.
If You want to be Filmed
I'm sure some folks will get lost in the cracks. If you didn't receive an email from me in the last two weeks asking if you want to be filmed on this trip, please email again with your name, address, phone, link to your Facebook page (if you have one), and a brief summary of your story. Put BE IN THE MOVIE in all caps in the Subject line as I only have time to look for emails with the subject in ALL CAPS. This is currently the only way that I can deal with as many as 1,000 emails a day.
It is SO IMPORTANT for people who want to be filmed to email me. I will not be able to return to every state, and I will not be able to film everyone who wants to be filmed. Please let me know if you want to be filmed, and provide the basic information that we need as we will use that to schedule.
If you have not already responded on these points, please provide the following by emailing
with LOCATION FILMING in all caps in the Subject line (if you were previously filmed) or with BE IN THE MOVIE in all caps in the Subject line (if you have not yet been filmed):
1. Your name and all contact phone numbers.
2. A list of the names, addresses, and phone numbers (if applicable) of every location that would be meaningful to your story, with a sentence to explain the importance.
3. A list of the key documents or other things that you feel would reinforce your story.
4. The names, addresses, and phone numbers of people who I might confront who would be meaningful to your story, with a sentence to explain the importance.
5. The names, addresses, and phone numbers of witnesses who I might interview who would be meaningful to your story, with a sentence to explain the importance.
To those who have been or want to be filmed, here is an example of the types of locations that I want to know about:
Alleged murder scene, place of arrest, police station where arrested was taken, courthouse where case was tried, names and addresses of corrupt people involved, any background that would add human interest (high school attended, place worked, place married, etc.), prison where incarcerated, and anything else applicable.
We want to visually tell the story -- not just show you telling the story. So think of your story, and think of all the ways to make it visual.
Those New to the Filming
The filming locations will only be provided by email to those who confirm their attendance. Anyone who belongs to a hate group need not attempt to be filmed.
Everyone who is filmed must sign a Release Form. Please print this, fill it out, sign it, and bring it with you.
Everyone who is filmed should prepare for the filming by reviewing the Lawless America Filming Instructions.
Everyone who is filmed should prepare a three-minute Congressional Testimony summary. This will be filmed. You also need to send me a Word file or text file of this to
with the subject in all caps: TESTIMONY SCRIPT.
To the thousands who have requested to be filmed, who have not yet been filmed, and who may not be on the route for Trip II, please find a computer with a webcam, and record yourself. Use our Lawless America Self-Filming Instructions.
Lawless America...The Movie is all about exposing the fact that we now live in Lawless America. We no longer have laws that are enforced because judges do whatever they want to do. America has also become lawless because government officials are dishonest and/or corrupt.
The movie will expose corruption in every state. The Movie will focus on victims. Corrupt judges and corrupt government officials will be exposed, and we hope to confront a number of the crooks.
If anyone has ever questioned the story of a person who has expressed the view that they were a victim of the government or of judges, this movie will prove that the odds are that the corruption report was true. In fact, there are probably tens of millions of victims in the United States who never realized what happened to them.
One feature length documentary movie is being produced. It will be shown in theaters, on Netflix, Blockbuster, and other such video places, and the movie will be presented at the Sundance Film Festival and other film festivals, if the movie is accepted in their application processes.
In addition, videos will be produced for each state and for each type of corruption. Everyone who is interviewed for the film will record a three-minute segment that will be done as testimony before Congress, and as many as possible will have a 30-60 minute on-camera interview with Bill Windsor, founder of LawlessAmerica.com and GRIP, and a recent candidate for the U.S. House of Representatives. The legislators in each state will receive the testimony from those in their state, and the members of the U.S. House and Senate will receive all of the testimony nationwide. Every member of the United States Congress has already been given a DVD with the initial round of testimony. That DVD will, however, link every member of Congress to all new testimony, too. At the end of Lawless America Movie Road Trip II, we will begin distributing the testimony to every member of the legislature in each state. We will deliver proposed judicial reform legislation to the governor and legislators at each state Capitol.
Over 5,000 people have requested to be interviewed for the movie, and approximately 1,300 were already filmed. We will continue to accept as many requests as possible.
The Lawless America Movie Road Trip I began on June 14, 2012; the 50-state road trip took 241 days. Here was the itinerary for the Lawless America Movie Road Trip I.
The Lawless America Movie Road Trip II began on April 6, 2013, and it is expected to last until the end of June. The itinerary has not yet been developed as we wait for more people to respond with the data we need.
It is our plan that this movie can educate many, many people about the reality that America is broken. We will expose many corrupt judges and government officials. We hope to generate a lot of publicity about corruption that the mainstream media usually hides from the public.

I hate to ask people to donate, but we do not have money. You may send a check to Lawless America Association, PO Box 681236, Marietta, Georgia 30068, or bring a donation to your filming. You may also donate using PayPal to
. All donors will receive a receipt from Lawless America Association.
Buy T-Shirts. $20 for S-M-L-XL, and $23 for XXL and XXXL. These prices include postage. We will have an inventory of T-Shirts in the RV.
What can we do to help make the filming an event in our state?
We would love to have it be an event when we are filming.
Getting as many people as possible to show up while we are filming will be a big help as a camera with a crowd will create an event. So, encourage people to come, and encourage them to bring signs with messages against judicial corruption, government corruption, and dishonesty in government.
You can help by trying to get any groups/organizations with an important message to join us while we are filming.
We also need help getting the media out to cover it. If we have a big crowds with signs, this will certainly help us get coverage. We will be traveling with a dozen generic signs that we will allow those interested to carry while we are in town.
