The State of Montana has filed five criminal charges against William M. Windsor for sending a Tweet, publishing the UNIVERSITY OF MONTANA EMPLOYEE's name (the would-be killer Sean B**shie) four times, sending a legal notice email to a University of Montana attorney, and filming the movie and the pilot for a TV show that will expose Montana as the most corrupt state in the country.
Bill Windsor was previously accused of publishing repeatedly that he had bought a gun for use on a group of people including Allie Overstreet. Bill stood "trial," and pathological liar Allie Overstreet could not produce any evidence whatsoever. The case was dismissed.

Bill Windsor has just shattered the backbroad with a slam dunk of the Missoula County Attorney's Office.
At 4 am on October 6, 2015, William M. Windsor filed his Brief in Response to the State of Montana's Brief attempting to defend how an ex parte TEMPORARY order of protection (that the statutes say is good for 20 days) could be valid for 546 days as the State has claimed.
Bill Windsor doesn't want to seem overconfident, but the law is clear and has been for 774 days...

The trial should be postponed again since William M. Windsor has appealed the denial of a hearing on his motion to have the biased judge removed, but no word yet.
So, Bill Windsor is hard at work preparing for the trial...

In the history of the United States of America, no one has ever been criminally prosecuted for writing or speaking the name of a person or animal. But I am! The charge is completely and totally ridiculous
But seven years in the Montana State Prison is not funny at all...
