Bruce Barclay, former Cumberland County Pennsylvania commissioner, videotaped hundreds of sexual encounters — many with male escorts — using cameras hidden throughout his Monroe Township home. On March 30, 2008, Bruce Barclay, a county commissioner for Cumberland County Pennsylvania, was accused of rape by William Marshall McCurdy, 20. Police launched an investigation on that charge, and charges of abuse of personal privacy and solicitation of prostitution. Barclay denies charge: According to Matthew Gover, Barclay's attorney, he admits to "errors of judgment" in his private life, but not to rape. During the ensuing investigation, Barclay told police that he had hired male prostitutes on an ongoing basis from the website Voyeurism: While serving a search warrant on Barclay's residence, police also found hidden cameras in all areas of the house, including the bathrooms. Barclay admitted to officers that he filmed sexual encounters at his home without the knowledge of his sexual partners, which he saved them to his computer for later use. Barclay resigned from public office on April 2. Legal developments: No formal charges have been brought against Barclay. On April 10, the alleged rape victim was charged with one count of making false reports to law enforcement authorities. Police say that video footage from Barclay's hidden cameras appeared to contradict McCurdy's account, showing Barclay and McCurdy engaging in consensual sexual relations.

Moral apex: Became “focus" target="_blank">">focus of a state police rape investigation” after a March 30, 2008, rape allegation by an adult male triggered a raid on Barclay’s home April 2nd. Barclay resigned from his county the same day, when the news went public (although details are sketchy; a judge has sealed search-warrant documents for 60 days). As of this writing, no charges have been filed.
But wait! There’s more! Barclay has a thing for male prostitutes — and for" target="_blank">videotaping his sexual encounters with them, without their knowledge.

Judicial Corruption is rampant.  Our rights to a fair trial are a myth.  Many judges are totally corrupt.

Our fundamental rights have been taken away by a government of wrongs. Stolen by corruption.

Misconduct is everywhere. Dishonesty abounds. Perjury, subornation of perjury, corruption!

Abuse, Dishonesty, Corruption.  It's all common with Police and Law Enforcement.

Government Dishonesty is Bad.
We must find honest people
and make them accountable
to We the People.
