E. Ozwald Balfour, chairman of the Utah Republican Black Assembly and elected to the Republican State Central Committee in 2007, even though he was awaiting trial on four felony counts of forcible sex abuse dating back to his arrest in February, 2005.
Claims to fame: Trinidad-born co-founder, Utah Republican Black Assembly; president/CEO, International Media Services, LLC; “international business consultant,” World Trade Connecters [sic]; former radio host, K-TALK & KTKK; ex-cruise ship dancer; devout Mormon; ex-LDS branch president; convicted sexual batterer
Moral apex: In September, 2010, pleaded no contest to three counts of misdemeanor sexual battery. Balfour was accused by three different women of groping their breasts while they were auditioning for his media company in Salt Lake — while another woman (who met Balfour through an ad for Web design classes) said he assaulted her at her home in 2003.
Sentenced in November, 2010, to a measly 90 days in jail, plus psychosexual evaluation — but no registration as a sex offender.
What’s more: There’s an awful lot of talk out there about Balfour scamming potential production assistants for his media company; we can’t confirm or deny any accusations — all we can do is tell you what’s being said; e.g.:

Judicial Corruption is rampant.  Our rights to a fair trial are a myth.  Many judges are totally corrupt.

Our fundamental rights have been taken away by a government of wrongs. Stolen by corruption.

Misconduct is everywhere. Dishonesty abounds. Perjury, subornation of perjury, corruption!

Abuse, Dishonesty, Corruption.  It's all common with Police and Law Enforcement.

Government Dishonesty is Bad.
We must find honest people
and make them accountable
to We the People.
