she is acting outside of the Constitution, the Bill of Rights, and certain Texas laws and limits. she is using the person in the program to punish family members who's Constitutional rights have been violated. She then used punishments through the person in the program to impact and restrict the lives of innocent family members, including preventing families members from working, obtaining medical care, and living their lives, enjoying their libery, and pursuit of happiness.
To impose a sentence that forces an innocent family member to serve the probation terms is not acceptable. It is a complete violation of the Constitution, the Bill of Rights, right to due process, protection from cruel and unusual punishment, deprivation of use of private property, and and of the endangerments caused by those actions. And then she will issue a warning not to dare speak up again.
Why should an innocent family member who's life and freedom are being targeted by this judge not speak up? It is corrupt. Their office deliberately does not give complete information so that the unsuspecting person in the program who is doing well, can then be blamed and punished. This flagrant abuse of authority and abuse of innocent family members is not what justice and fairness is about. It certainly isn't what this country's citizens' value and principles are. I am an innocent family member. She has denied me the ability to do my work, get medical care when I need it, or so much as get a meal to go if I feel bad, for 5 months. The financial damage could be irrepairable at my age. Not acceptable. Not tolerable. Judge's are not immune from torts in these circumstances.
