John Eric Armstrong - Ellis County Texas Corruption Victim - Part 1

Eric After 200h

John Eric Armstrong has been in solitary confinement in the Ellis County Jail for over a year without a trial anywhere in sight.  He has never been convicted or charged with a crime before -- not even now.  It's an incredible story.

Bill Windsor was held in the Ellis County Texas Jail unlawfully for 53 days, so he loves the idea of helping bring down what he calls the Ellis County Mafia.

John Eric Armstrong's story begins here with a 44-page letter he sent to people with power.  Nobody did a thing.

This is John Eric Armstrong - Ellis County Texas Corruption Victim - Part 1 -- His story in his words:

John Armstrong K-Tank
1642-20
c/o Wayne McCollum Detention Center
300 S. Jackson St.
Waxahachie, Texas 75165

Dear Sir/Ma’am,

I am the victim of an aggravated assault by Stephanie Lauren Kersh, an Ellis County Sheriff’s Office employee. The Ellis County Sheriff’s Office arrested me without probable cause to make it look like their employee had a reasonable cause to pull a gun on me and threaten to kill me.

They were trying to obstruct justice (cover it up), they needed to hide what she did.  To put it simply, the Ellis County Sheriff’s Office arrested me on a false charge of stalking to make an excuse for their employee pulling a gun on me and threatening to kill me.  Making an excuse for Kersh stopped me from filing charges with the police.  Additionally, they were protecting themselves from negative publicity and a lawsuit. They didn’t get me before I got them.  They got me so I couldn’t get them (just in case). I was assaulted with a deadly weapon.  My only action was to knock on her front door; that’s it. Stephanie Lauren Kersh pulled a gun on me and threatened to kill me because I knocked on her door.  I want to press charges against Stephanie Lauren Kersh and everyone who is involved in this.

My name is John Armstrong, and I was a jailer who worked for the Ellis County Sheriff’s Office from 2008-2016.

EXHIBIT A321 Ellis County Sheriff Johnny Brown

In 2016, I reported many wrongdoings by the previous Sheriff Johnny Brown (shown above)
and his deputies to the Waxahachie Daily Light (local newspaper).  Among Sheriff Johnny Brown’s employees, I reported Sgt. Joe Fitzgerald (Sgt. over investigations and the public information officer) and his sister, Stephanie Lauren Kersh (transport officer in the jail and courts), who are directly involved in this.

The editor of the paper investigated my information and confirmed that it was correct.  I spoke briefly with the newspaper about going on record with the information.  This ended up not being necessary as Johnny Brown got into a drunken brawl with some college kids at a Midlothian Whataburger on New Years’ Day morning 2017.  This was on the news, and he lost his position as sheriff and his TCOLE license.  I returned to the Sheriff’s Office in 2019 for two weeks until I was assaulted by an employee, fired by the sheriff (Chuck Edge), and arrested without probable cause a month later.  Ellis County views me as a traitor (whistleblower) because of what I said to the Waxahachie Daily Light.

Ellis County is holding me in jail without an official complaint or an affidavit of probable cause by a police officer (false arrest).  They are strong-arming me in their official capacity as police officers, State attorneys, and judges to serve their own personal agenda (stopping me from reporting their crimes), while committing fraud to make it appear they are serving the interest of the State.  I am the victim of multiple crimes at the hands of my employer and they are covering it up (obstruction of justice) by coercion using a false arrest and a malicious prosecution (fraud).  Initially, the Ellis County Sheriff’s Office stopped me from filing charges with the police for an aggravated assault which I am the victim of.  The Ellis County District Attorney’s Office is now trying to forcefully stop me (coercion) from going to law enforcement or the media with my story along with the evidence of an aggravated assault, a false arrest (an arrest without probable cause), and a malicious prosecution of a false arrest.  The Ellis County Sheriff’s Office speaks about me going to the Waxahachie Daily Light in their video recordings of their false report three times.  Additionally, the Ellis County District Attorney’s Office states their concern about me sharing the evidence with a third party (the media) in a letter to the Texas Attorney General’s Office about withholding the evidence from me.

I am writing to ask for your help.  Please investigate Ellis County (four sheriff’s deputies, previous Sheriff Chuck Edge, current Sheriff Brad Norman, two Ellis County District Attorneys, and six judges) for fraud.  I am the victim of an aggravated assault by an Ellis County Sheriff’s Office employee (a jailer).  The Ellis County Sheriff’s Office forcefully stopped me (coercion) from getting help by arresting me without probable cause for the charge of stalking (an assaultive felony).  It took four deputies (three of whom are the Sheriff’s highest ranking), the Sheriff, and two Ellis County judges (justice of the peace) to pull the trigger on the first false arrest because they couldn’t even create the appearance of having probable cause.

They made their false arrest to justify withholding the video recordings and reports that detail (prove) their crimes against me.  Additionally, arresting me gave the appearance that the video recordings belonged to a crime committed by me.  By arresting me without probable cause, they both vilified me (made me look like the bad guy) and victimized me (committed a bigger crime against me).  They stopped me from filing a complaint with the police as a victim of a violent crime by placing me in a position where I had to prove my innocence.  That the Ellis County Sheriff’s Office would even try to arrest the victim of a violent crime is illegal (a violation of my right to due process).

The Ellis County District Attorney’s Office is now prosecuting me on a false arrest (malicious prosecution) that has already been dismissed to stop me (coercion) from taking the evidence and my account of their crimes to law enforcement or the media.  I am currently being held in the Ellis County Jail (over a year now) without an official complaint or probable cause.

They are using paperwork from their first false arrest (already dismissed) to make it look like they have probable cause to hold me in jail.  They are holding me in jail threatening to take me to trial until I take their plea deal (coercion).  They need an admission of guilt from me (plea deal) to destroy my credibility as a victim/ witness.  They can’t take me to trial so they are using the Ellis County Jail as their personal dungeon to keep the victim of their crimes quiet until he agrees not to tell on them (coercion).

I understand that my accusation sounds far-fetched by my word alone however, it is the absolute truth, and I have absolute proof.  They are counting on the absurdity of their crimes combined with their reputations as government officials that I won’t be able to get help even with the evidence (that nobody will believe me or listen to me).  This is very easy to investigate as the majority of the evidence is in my possession, posted online, or readily available (public records).

Fraud is easily proven by three sources of evidence all of which are witness statements or court filed documents.  The first source is video recordings of the false report that they took.  I have already uploaded this evidence to Facebook via YouTube (search user John Armstrong). I posted these videos right before I was thrown in jail. I posted them for my safety and my parent’s safety.

The Ellis County District Attorney’s Office did not give me this evidence even though the Texas Attorney General’s Office ruled they had to.  I obtained the video evidence from my first court-appointed attorney, Kent McGuire.  He didn’t want me showing up to his office to view the evidence so he gave me the disc and told me to make a copy.  The video evidence alone tells a pretty complete story.  I have had several Ellis County Detention Officers approach me with a look of surprise and tell me they’ve seen the Facebook videos.  A very detailed timeline accompanies the videos on the desktop version of YouTube (in the comments).  This allows you to jump to an event by time (makes things easier).

These videos prove that the Ellis County Sheriff’s Office deputies lied in their report (no mention of the gun or threats), combined with the documents and court transcripts, the videos detail an arrest without probable cause, coercion, fraud, obstruction of justice, etc.

The second source of evidence is the documents (false witness statements, falsified police reports, emails, and court-filed documents).  Just about every document in this case proves fraud (that there is no probable cause).  There is even an email between the Ellis County Sheriff’s Office and the Ellis County District Attorney stating that I hadn’t done anything but could they (District Attorney) take action against me anyway.

The documents prove that the original false arrest was dismissed in January 2020.  The documents prove a false arrest, malicious prosecution, and that I am being held without a complaint or probable cause (fraud).

The third source of evidence is court transcripts (witness statements).  The court transcript are the best source of evidence as they are short, straightforward, and to the point.  Every question asked proves fraud (that there is no probable cause).  The court transcripts are admissions (witness statements) by the Ellis County Sheriff’s’ Office and my attacker (their alleged victim).

These transcripts prove fraud by their own word.  With their own mouths, they openly state in court that I have never done anything wrong.  They also reaffirm that my assailant was not justified in pulling a gun on me and threatening to kill me.  They prove that I am the one and only victim of an aggravated assault, a false arrest, and a malicious prosecution.

Stephanie Lauren Kersh (My attacker)

Lauren Kersh Facebook 9 200x200

Stephanie Lauren Kersh was a jailer (transport officer) for about four years and quit her job in 2018.  In 2019, just a few days before she assaulted me, Lauren Kersh was rehired by the Ellis County Sheriff’s Office. I believe she was rehired to her old job as a transport officer.  I think this because she says on the video recordings that she retrieved her gun from her duty belt.  So, I think she had just been issued a county gun and her equipment but had not begun working in the jail.

Lauren Kersh is also a TCOLE certified police officer.  She may have been working part-time as a reserve police officer to keep her license from elapsing.  Either way, I believe the gun she used in this crime was a service weapon because of her statement on camera about retrieving the gun from her duty belt (duty where?).  Regardless, she was a jailer with the Ellis County Sheriff’s Office when she committed this crime.

Favorable conversation with Lauren Kersh (June 3, 2019)

132 Ridgeway Drive Red Oak Texas

I went to Lauren Kersh’s house because I had an interest in dating her.  When I arrived, I greeted her and I did say the words, “I love you.”  I said this in a non-serious way (like a conversation starter) and Lauren Kersh thought it was funny.  I did not get down on one knee and profess my love for her like she and her brother make it sound in the video evidence (posted on YouTube).  When I said, “I love you,” Lauren Kersh (while laughing) said, “I’m not gonna lie, I’m a little bit afraid.”

When Lauren Kersh said she was afraid she didn’t say it in a serious tone, however, I wanted to be sure as I was an unexpected guest.  I said, “well, that’s not what I’m trying to do, I’ll leave,” and I turned and began walking away.  Lauren Kersh, who was still smiling said, “no, wait. I need to know how all this I love you business works.”

We began talking and I explained that I was interested in taking her out on a date sometime.  Lauren Kersh was receptive and she started telling me about her recent dating relationship and what kind of men she dates.  As we continued to talk, Lauren Kersh began telling me every personal and intimate detail of her life.  Lauren Kersh told me that she liked talking to me and cried as she told me many of the bad things that have happened to her in her life.  As we continued talking, Lauren Kersh began to cry again as she told me about the Ellis County Sheriff’s Office and how the Sheriff’s deputies relentlessly harassed her because she had been in a pornographic movie.  Lauren Kersh talked about her coming back to work at the Ellis County Sheriff’s Office and that she had requested to be on the same shift that I was working.  So, it was implied that we would be seeing each other at work (a lot).  Lauren Kersh hugged me before I left.

I had a general interest in dating Lauren Kersh. We never did date, we only talked.  I have left out many details of this conversation intentionally.  Lauren Kersh told me a lot of personal details about her life which will be given to the REAL police (not Ellis County) and used in their investigation.

This letter is going many places including the Ellis County Sheriff’s Office as a complaint.  This means Kersh will see this letter, and she doesn’t need to be coached or given an opportunity to rehearse what she will say.

The only reason this conversation is documented here is to address the lies Lauren Kersh and her brother, Ellis County Sheriff’s Office Sgt. Joe Fitzgerald, tell in the video evidence posted on YouTube.  On camera, Lauren Kersh tells that she was abrupt/abrasive toward me on June 3, 2019, and that she told me not to come back.  Lauren Kersh is a liar, and she is caught in her lie in the video evidence.
